How It Works
Step 1: We create a goal and timeframe. Want to increase muscle mass, lose fat, and enhance recovery? Complete an Ironman? Enhance your golf, tennis, or biking game?
Step 2: We test your physiological baseline using 100+ blood biomarkers, body composition, and a movement dysfunction assessment. I design an annual strength program that includes sufficient nutrition and supplementation.
Step 3: We get to work. No constraints. Working with me is like having a personal health coach that’s solely focused on you. I keep my client list small and exclusive on purpose.
