MIKA Training Club

  • In person training club for high achievers looking to experience an annual program designed for them within a collective group. This is great if you are looking for easy accountability and research-based programming. Our annual program is divided into 4-6 week phases. Programming is subscription based or may be purchased as a one-time product.

How It Works

  • Step 1: We create a goal and timeframe. Want to increase muscle mass, lose fat, and enhance recovery? Complete an Ironman? Enhance your golf, tennis, or biking game?

  • Step 2: We test your physiological baseline using 100+ blood biomarkers, body composition screening, and a movement dysfunction assessment. I design an annual strength program that includes strength and conditioning, joint mobility and stability, locomotion optimization, and nutrition guidance. By enhancing these elements you enhance your athletic capabilities.

  • Step 3: We get to work. No constraints. Working with me is like having a private health coach that’s solely focused on you. I keep my client list small and exclusive for this reason.
